NoUploadPDF – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for purchases of the NoUploadPDF desktop application. All transactions are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle's own Refund Policy applies to all purchases and is incorporated here by reference.

1. 14-day refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refund requests are reviewed by Paddle on a case-by-case basis; submission within this period does not guarantee a refund. Requests submitted after 14 days of the transaction date will not be eligible unless required by applicable law.

3. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under consumer protection law in your country. Where local law provides a longer or unconditional refund or withdrawal right (for example, the 14-day statutory withdrawal right in the EU/EEA/UK), that right always applies.
